Another photo of the South Carolina State House in the early morning light. I wish I had more time in this city to roam around the campus of the University of South Carolina. The Horseshoe where I ran later this same morning would have been gorgeous during a sunrise without so many clouds. I guess I’ll just have to find some time to return.
