Immediately after arriving at Tegel airport, Ralf von Grafenstein took me on a whirlwind night tour fo Berlin. The tour was mostly via car, but in several spots we parked and took a walk around. This is the Paul-Löbe-Haus, the office building of the German Bundestag, and named after the President of the Reichstag and former President of the first German Bundestag, Paul Löbe. It’s a gorgeous modern building next to the historically significant Reichstag building.
