I remember the moment at our dinner table when I said to my family, “One day I’d like to be considered a great photographer.” Last week I was able to spend some time with a great photographer, Caley Taylor, wife of Evan Sage. Caley, lots to learn from you! I will look forward to your shots as well! It’s been a while since I watched someone shoot with a film camera. What struck me was that you were able to be more in the moment. I shoot only in RAW for similar reasons, but I’m thinking I need to develop an ever great discipline to not chimp my shots and focus even more on being present. I’m quite certain it will improve the photos.
