The Portland Food Truck scene is famous. It just seemed wrong to go eat in a restaurant somewhere. So I choose Richi’s Modern Japanese Cuisine, a new approach to healthy Japanese comfort food. The Beef “Taco” Bowl was delicious, and my street-side table (electrical box) had a wonderful view.
