I had no idea what this was, so I used Google’s Image search to identify it as Melaleuca Viminalis, which is more commonly known as the weeping bottlebrush, or creek bottlebrush, and that it’s endemic to New South Wales, Australia, but I saw it in Southern California. And now you know too.
