Today I took an hour to walk around Lower Manhattan to learn my way around the fancy prime lens I rented to take with me to Iceland. How fancy? It’s a Canon EF 14mm f/2.8L II USM Lens that sells for over $2000, but I’m renting it for the week for $150. There is no way I get this shot with my stock lens. In fact, I had no idea I could or I wouldn’t have cut off their feet. I can’t wait to use this thing at night. Wish me luck. 🙂
