The road to Valley Falls State Park runs right through the private community of Rock Lake, WV. On the right is the lake and as you drive around, on the left side, is a small pond, covered in lily pads. On this day, the pond was filled with Canadian Geese, relaxing in the afternoon sun. It was as tranquil a moment as you could hope for.
