I tend to use days off to comb through archives of photos that have not been properly backed up, to ensure that the family digital memories are all preserved. I found this one in a poorly named folder from 2008. It’s from a trip to San Diego with my two youngest sons to spend a day at Legoland. We went a day ahead and spent the night in a hotel by the beach. I remember this day like it was yesterday. These little boys playing in the surf are now 16 and 14. They are not so little anymore. Time moves too fast.
