
Sometimes a glorious sunset just creeps up on you. I was sitting at the kitchen table with the Thomas family in Keller, Texas, just outside of Dallas, when the orange glow against the clouds crept into my line of sight. I immediately got up and went outside to enjoy it for a moment and then grabbed my camera for a few quick shots. These photos aren’t going to win any awards, but they do capture a moment. And it was a good one.
