My entire family, and likely my neighbors, are about to be my guinea pigs in a small portrait “studio” I’ve set up in my garage. I bought a couple of softbox lights, a backdrop stand, and a few plain backdrops. I will be trying out a bunch of different techniques, both lighting and editing. The lights arrived late yesterday afternoon and my son Isaiah agreed to humor me and hold still while I played with the lights. This should be fun. I have a lot to learn.
