As our family photographer, it is my job to document the important events in our lives. You know the events – family gatherings, parties, track meets, award ceremonies. So what do you do when they are all switched to virtual gatherings? You get creative and just continue to do your job.
In this case, it was the Saugus High School Choir virtual awards “banquet.” There was no food involved, at least not in our house. But a lot of awards were given and Micah loved seeing all of her choir friends… even if only in small Zoom windows. I set up a box light to make sure the photos turned out and to make sure she was lit well for all of her friends to see. Memories are memories. These virtual celebrations deserve to be captured just like all of the rest, with the same level of enthusiasm.
