There is a camera profile in Adobe Lightroom that’s called “Modern 9.” It’s become one of my favorite camera profiles. These camera profiles work on JPEG, TIFF, or RAW (DNG) images, but work best on RAW. I use this specific profile quite a bit now on portraits. I used it on this portrait of Samara, this portrait of Bella Witt, and on these 85mm captures. I tweak the settings a bit, taking the effect all the way to 200%, then I adjust shadows and vibrance to bring more light and color into the image. I liked the Modern 9 result on this image and thus, you’re seeing it here. 🙂
