I went deep in the green for a test of the Tamron 70-180mm F/2.8 Di III VXD. I’ll be putting it through some paces at some track meets this week, including the Arcadia Invitational, but I wanted to get in some creative constraint work as well. I’m hoping this compares well to the Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS I tested last year. I want a faster lens for low-light track action shots (less noise) and this should do the trick if the reviews are correct. Wish me luck, or it luck, whichever you prefer. 😉
