Newbury Park at Golden Valley was as good an opportunity as any for me to get out of the house and try my hand at some high school football photos. Ever since I added the Tamron 70-180mm f/2.8 Di III VXD lens to my collection, I’ve wanted to see how it would handle Friday night lights. I’ve never taken photos at a football game without pointing the lens at one of my sons. And I must say, it was a bit of a new experience for me. And I enjoyed it. 🙂
