The 2022 Santa Clarita Invitational was the second big high school meet in as many weeks at College of the Canyons. It’s a tough, hilly course that may be as hard on fans and photographers as it is on the athletes actually competing (see below). The best vantage point for the race is up a steep hill that, frankly, is more dangerous going down than up. I can tell you from experience that after the first couple of times up and down, I’ve had my workout for the day. 🙂
