If You Know You Know - Alemany Track Practice

If you know, you know. My wife, Coach Turner, picked me up from the airport yesterday after a 10-day business trip, and we headed straight to one of Alemany’s final practices before tomorrow’s CIF-SS Division 4 Finals at Moorpark High School. And if you’ve ever participated in track and field, there are things in these photos that tell you what’s happening.

Note: The Alemany football field and track are being completely renovated, so Granada Hills graciously offered their track for the entire road to state post-season practice sessions.
