Forget the regular season and whose record looks better on paper. It’s boys’ basketball playoff time in the CIFSS! I was lucky enough to be courtside last night as the Alemany Warriors defeated the Lynwood Knights 77-71. In a thrilling game, Lynwood’s sensational sophomore Jason Crowe Jr. scored 42 points, but Alemany junior Bourgeois Tshilobo put on a defensive clinic around the boards for the Warriors and also led Alemany with 18 points. Alemany will now face Woodbridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday night in the CIFSS 3A Semifinal.
