The sunset at Tio Tom Beach in Punta Ballena, Uruguay, was perfect. It was our final night with the Tangilla team in Uruguay, and Phil Kells and I decided to take in the sunset at the Tommy Bistro Parador, run by the Tio Tom Resort. It was closing when we arrived, but they sold us a couple of beers, and we sat alone on their porch, taking in the scene. Life is good.
