The Sunrise in Playa Del Carmen will never, ever get old. I must have said this aloud several times each morning as I watched the colors shift and the water light up. It’s the kind of beauty that makes you pause and realize how rare these moments are – when time seems to slow down and nature reminds you to breathe. Our morning vipassana meditation sessions engaged me more with these moments.
