I’m excited to finally be able to share some news.

RealSatisfied has been acquired by Placester and our team is excited to continue the good work we started. Phil, David, Laura, Julianna and I are looking forward to working with Matt, Frederick, Seth, and the entire Placester team as we continue to grow. Thank you to everyone who has supported the notion that truly understanding customer satisfaction is something to be valued.

I’ve been waiting to post this photo since January. 🙂 I took it while visiting the Placester offices right before Inman Connect. I’m happy to be able to share it and the following links to some news now.
