“Colors are the smiles of nature,” said English poet Leigh Hunt. And on this morning, nature was smiling bright and wide. We don’t get a lot of rain here in Santa Clarita, but fortunately, we have plenty of sun. So our seasonal colors are as much about the angle of the sun as anything else. At least I like to think so.
