The third longest cable-stayed bridge in the Western Hemisphere, the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge connects Charleston, SC to Mount Pleasant, SC. This photo was taken on a foggy September morning looking out over the Cooper River from a pier near the Fort Sumter National Monument.
