I think I’m going to start treating all of my iPhone 8 images the same way I treat all of my Sony a7r II images. I’m going to shoot in RAW using the Lightroom or Halide app and process when I get home. This image is a combination of three RAW iPhone images merged into a single panorama in Adobe Lightroom on the desktop.
