The smoke from the Bobcat Fire, sitting at over 91,000 acres and 15% containment, can be seen hanging just above the mountains in the San Gabriel Wilderness to the Southeast of Santa Clarita. The smoke has been filling the air here since it began burning 13 days ago, but this morning we got a reprieve. And I got to hike. [ location ]
