Even here in Southern California, or perhaps especially here, we dream of a white Christmas. These sparkly snowflakes we put up above the mantle, the snowmen placed around the house, we’re as much a product of holiday movies as anywhere else in the country. This is true even for those who have never lived in places where it actually snows. Why fight it? But I won’t lie, I really only miss the snow at Christmas. 🙂
