Layers Upon Layers Of Mountains And Clouds

One of the things I love about where I live is the layers upon layers of textures created by this amazing landscape. On a day like this day, the clouds and mountains and brush and grass create a beautiful mix of contrasts and colors. Everything adds up to an enhanced sense of scale. It is truly mesmerizing.

“Light is a thing that cannot be reproduced,” says Paul Cezanne, “but must be represented by something else – by color.”
