Outside of my own son, the athlete I’m likely going to miss watching most at the high school level is Paige Sommers. She is truly a special athlete. Traffic was horrible getting to Trabuco Hills for yesterday’s CIF Southern Section Division 1 Finals so I arrived right as Paige was attempting a 14′ 4″ height. She had already cleared 14′ 0″ a division record, to win her third Section Title. So, this is the only composite I was able to capture. These were some of the first of the almost 1000 photos I took yesterday. And this composite image is the only one getting edited today. I’m hoping for one more try at capturing Paige at the California State Meet in two weeks. Yes, I will miss watching this special athlete.
