There was an early season triple jump duel at the Simi Valley All-Comers Meet today. Zoe Tibbo and Makayla Washington put on a bit of a show to end the meet. Both girls turned in PR’s with Zoe edging out Makayla 35-05 to 34-10 for the win. I’ve watched Makayla compete for a number of years, as my sons were once teammates with her, but this was my first meet watching Zoe jump.

I took nearly 1000 photos today, so it’s going to take me a bit to sift through them and edit them all. But I love these composite shots, so I wanted to get these two out quickly. Congrats to both girls!
