When I need a quick mental break, I go bee hunting. I’ve talked about this before. It’s like a form of meditation for me, following the bees around and focusing on them to the exclusion of just about anything else going on in the moment. It calms me. And when I’m done, I can get back to work feeling refreshed and ready to go again. It works for me.
