Bishop Alemany Junior, Collin Joyce, finished in 1st place in Long Jump (21′ 5.5″), High Jump (5′ 11″), and shown above, Triple Jump (44′ 5.75″)
The 2022 CIF-SS Division 4 Prelims are in the books and I’ve got the photos to prove it. Junior Collin Joyce from Bishop Alemany had a particularly stellar meet, capturing the first place position in Long Jump and Triple Jump. He also shared first place in the High Jump with Cole Hoegl from Crossroads. He appears to be peaking at just the right time! The next stop is CIF Southern Section Finals at Moorpark High School on Saturday, May 14!

Bishop Alemany’s Collin Joyce was hitting on all cylinders on Saturday!Jack Fairchild, a Senior at Crean Lutheran, finished on top in the 110M Hurdles (14.86), and 2nd in the 300M Hurdles (40.22) and Triple Jump (43′ 10.5″). The fabulous Freshman, Justin Hart, from Bishop Alemany, advanced to finals in the 400M with a time of 50.77.Abbey Cook, a Junior at The Web Schools, punched her ticket in both the 100M (12.50) and the 200M (25.68).Junipero Serra took the top 3 spots in the Girls 100M and the top 2 spots in the girls 200M!Jasmin Dudley, a Senior at Bishop Alemany, moved into the finals in the 300M Hurdles (49.82).Zariah Walker, a Sophomore at Paraclete, moved into the finals with a 3rd place finish in the 200M (25.28).Roderick Pleasant, a Junior at Serra, won both the 100M (10.58) and 200M (21.16).Liam Gair, a Senior at Villanova Prep, took home the win in the 400M (47.69) and 3rd in the 200M (22.04).
