It’s not often I get the sunset I sought. What I mean is, it’s not often that when I feel like the sunset is going to be epic, and I see the place I want to shoot the upcoming epic sunset from, that it actually turns out to be epic. Let me be clear, I felt this one coming. And I most certainly sought it. And it was indeed epic… as good a sunset as anyone can hope for. The image above was taken from the base of the pier where Kahanamoku Beach and Fort DeRussy Beach meet. Thank you, Hawaii.
