Twilight Long Exposure From The Balcony

I didn’t capture the sunset on this night. So I thought a twilight long exposure from the balcony was in order. The beauty of a long exposure is the way it bends time. Motion smooths water and clouds, and bright lights take on a sparkling effect. I’m in Las Vegas today, and I must say, I’m really missing this river. And our balcony.
