The private/public ratio of photos I take is probably close to 100/1. A few weeks ago I found an old hard drive that had a treasure trove of old family photos on it. This one was taken by my now 15 year old son, using who knows what extra camera I had with me. I love taking photos, editing photos. I love the process. I love sharing them. But the photos I love the most are photos like these. 99% of them will never be shared with the public, because their purpose is to stir up memories only our family has. This one sure did.
