Kids can do some amazing things when they are empowered to do so. My 12-year-old son and his team won the USATF Region 15 Junior Olympics 4x400M Relay Championships this weekend, even after my son pulled his hamstring and was not at full strength. The coaches son was the anchor and gave a simply outstanding effort to pull off the win in a photo finish. Final times? 3:53.04 and 3:52.05. Congrats, guys!
