Clouds obscured the horizon on every night but this one during our week in Washington, D.C. The rooftop deck of the AirBNB we rented in the Adams Morgan area was a perfect spot to shoot both sunrises and sunsets. In my world, that’s reason enough to choose a spot. If only I could choose the weather as well.
