In hindsight, rushing out of my house in shorts and flip flops knowing I was going to climb a brush-filled hill to this spot was probably not the best idea. I have the scratches to prove it. And I’d do it again to arrive at a sunset like this in time to see it unfold. I hope that excitement never fades.
