Along with every person shown winning these 100M races, two of my sons will be competing in the USATF Junior Olympics Region 15 Championship this weekend here in Las Vegas. Their coach is also their mother, so I get to listen in on a lot of coaching advice. If there is one thing she has said as much as anything else, it’s this; “Run through the finish line.” She gets frustrated when she sees youth athletes throw both arms back to get their chest over the line, only to discover they are 3 meters from the finish. It’s practical advice, not just for the track, but for all of life.

    1. Beautiful images!

    2. Thanks, Dawn. I really enjoy making these. I truly miss watching my kids compete, but I also miss the photo editing part. A lot. 🙂
