I have never seen snow at Vasquez Rocks. I’ve been here for sunrises after winter rains and I’ve seen snow on the mountains nearby, but never on the rocks themselves. Mornings like this, when nature surprises you and gifts you with amazing light…. this is why I take photos. And this is why I get up before dawn to wait and hope for a moment like this.
This morning was the very definition of an epic sunrise. More photos of this glorious sunrise will be shared on another day. You can count on that.
