Shoot The Moon

I have always wanted to shoot the moon with a long lens. So yesterday, with my new lens in hand, I ventured into the front yard at lunch and snapped the image above. It was shot handheld in full daylight and I applied the “Dark Sky” filter in Nik 6 Silver Efex. I can now check another item off my list of shots I want to capture with my own camera. 🙂
