The trip to Puerto Blest will require more than one post. The Tangilla team took a Saturday boat trip from Bariloche to this beautiful spot, and it was special. I’ve travelled to many beautiful places on this planet, and the area surrounding Puerto Blest is one I’d easily place in my top 10. Today I’m featuring Rio Frias, which runs beside the Hotel Puerto Blest, bringing memories of Rio Blanco Del Hornopirén to mind. Rio Frias felt like a gentler version of Rio Blanco, which is on the Chilean side of the Andes Mountains. Both would easily make my list of the 10 most beautiful places I’ve visited. And rest assured, there will be more to come from this day!
