It was a perfect day for track and field at the Simi Valley All-Comer on Saturday. Steve Ringgold and his team (last photo) always put on a great meet. And some tracks are just easy to shoot photos at. The Simi Valley High School track is one of them. This was not as well attended as it has been in the past, but more and more all-comer and CA Winter Championship Qualifiers have sprung up this year than I can remember from previous years. I believe that’s a good thing for all of the athletes and certainly a good thing for California track and field. Below are a few shots from the day.
